Martha is a visionary leader in value-based care, serving in strategic and operational roles that focus on revolutionizing patient care and experience. During her tenure, the commercial business for DaVita Integrated Kidney Care has grown by 50%. Prior to DaVita, she held various leadership roles at Aetna for nearly a decade, in both Medicare and Commercial businesses. Martha received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in history from Swarthmore College.
