Spanakopita, a spinach pie with feta cheese (May be high in sodium, potassium and phosphorus)
Tzatziki made with yogurt—use only a small amount
Avgolemono lemon chicken soup and other Greek soups- Very high in sodium; may contain chickpeas or lentils
Baklava made with pastry, chopped nuts and honey
