Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
- 3 tablespoons whipped cream
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix until whipped cream melts completely.
Helpful hints
- People with diabetes can substitute stevia, Equal®, Splenda® or other sugar substitute if desired. Carbohydrate is reduced to 6 grams per serving if sugar substitute is used instead of sugar.
