Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shelled clams
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons sweet & sour sauce

Preparation

  1. Crack eggs in bowl and use whisk or fork to beat.
  2. Add clams and cornstarch. Stir.
  3. On low heat, warm oil in pan. Add mixture.
  4. Cook on low heat until eggs are no longer runny.
  5. Remove from heat and top each portion with 1/2 tablespoon sweet & sour sauce.

  • This is a very typical Taiwanese dish. Amy received the recipe from her mom.
