Strawberry-Applesauce Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup red hot candies
  • 2 cups sugar-free applesauce

Preparation

  1. Dissolve gelatin in the two cups boiling water.
  2. Add candies and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add applesauce and stir.
  4. Pour into gelatin mold. Chill until firm.

Helpful hints

  • Try other flavors of gelatin for more variety.
  • Need more calories? Use regular sweetened gelatin and applesauce instead of sugar-free.
