Ingredients

  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 2 tablespoons green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed 
  •  1/8 teaspoon dill weed

Preparation

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots. Chop the bell pepper and onion.
  2. Combine all vegetables together.
  3. In small bowl blend mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over vegetables and mix. 

Helpful hints

  • Coleslaw keeps up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
