Ingredients
- 3 pounds seedless grapes
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
- Set cream cheese out to soften.
- Slice grapes in half vertically.
- Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
- Fold in grapes.
- Chill and serve.

- Add ProCel® or any unflavored whey protein powder for an extra protein boost.
- Nutrient analysis includes sugar. If made with Splenda® granular sweetener or other non-caloric sweetener carbohydrate is 16 grams per serving.
