Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces canned whole cranberries
  • 8 ounces canned crushed pineapple
  • 10 ounces frozen strawberries in sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Preparation

  1. Drain pineapple. Thaw strawberries.
  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until combined.
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Helpful hints

  • Serve with meat or poultry, add to salad greens or use as a topping on a slice of pound cake.
