Mint Jelly Cream Cheese Dip

1-1/2 tablespoons dip with 3 crackers

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mint jelly
  • 30 low-sodium crackers

Preparation

  1. Open cream cheese and place entire bar onto a serving plate.
  2. Spread jelly on the top of the cream cheese.
  3. Serve with low-sodium crackers or flat bread.

Helpful hints

  • Prepare the night before or right before serving.  It’s very easy and inexpensive!
  • You can use any jelly flavor, but green is nice for St. Patty’s Day. Try jalapeño pepper jelly for an extra kick.
