  • 10 cups water
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation

  1. Cut unpeeled apple into thin slices.
  2. Add all ingredients to a pitcher.
  3. Refrigerator overnight before serving.

Helpful hints

  • If you are on limited fluids, adjust the portion size to meet your needs.
  • After flavors develop you can pour into ice cube trays to make flavored ice.
